New Name, Broader Scope for Task Group

Last summer, the former Tri-Cities Homelessness Task Group got a new name and an expanded scope when they became the Tri-Cities Homelessness & Housing Task Group. The change reflects their growing focus on housing affordable to low and moderate income households.

All Candidates Briefing Session on Homelessness and Affordable Housing

We held the "Tri-Cities All-Candidates Briefing Session on Homelessness & Affordable Housing" for the Tri Cities candidates on Saturday. 38 candidates attended.

The Tri-City Drug Awareness Task Group

In partnership with Port Coquitlam Community Policing, SD43, PLEA, NCFD, SHARE, Rotary of Port Coquitlam, Poco Parks and Rec, POCOMO Youth Services Society, and Children of the Street, we are all working together to raise community awareness and connect with youth regarding drug and alcohol addiction.

Tri Cities Housing Coalition

In 2003, the Tri Cities Housing coalition formed as a non partisan coalition of faith groups, community organizations, and concerned dedicated to advocating for adequate housing for all residents of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.
